Whatever you do.......DO NOT buy a buell starter from RARE ELECTRICAL on eBay. there is something wrong with there machining process with there new starter housings.

At least the one i have was missing the o ring for the main support bearing at the starter drive. Not just the seal being missing but the machined groove where it is supposed to be isn't there either.

So after taking my bike apart 5 times to try to correct this problem just be warned.
