if you have the cash then Keda Designs are some of the sickest exhausts out there.
Drummer, Micron (if you can find one), Hawk (Randy Hawkins) will do up your stocker, guarentee your satisfaction and not expect payment til your happy, super nice guy, excellent rep amonst Buellers.
D&D (I run this, loud, obnoxious, super nice hot rod sound imho)
A few others, Special Ops, Voodoo (again, if you can find one)
Hit up youtube to see and hear some of these but alas until you've heard it in person it will not be the same.

Re: Best after market exhaust for our xb's
I got a race ecm off ebay for 50 bucks and I think I'm going to go with the hawk exhaust! I'm currently rebuilding the top end of my engine it had a leaking valve seal.. So I'm going to replace all the gaskets, valve guides (anything out of spec) and seals still not sure if I will do the bottom end or not ...lol see how much time and money I have. I was looking at putting on a larger right side air scoop to help with cooling anyone think it's worth it?

Re: Best after market exhaust for our xb's
Thanks a lot for the prices! I was going through and measuring all my top end pieces and i found that the valve pertrusion is on the top end of the factory spec at 2.080" and the valve springs are longer then there spec coming in at 2.350" it says in the service manual to replace the seats or head if the valves stick out too much. has anyone seen this on there buell? it only has 12000km on it.. thanks for the help guys

i forgot to mention that the valves are sticking out the same on all, it would also seem to me that the valves could have caused the springs to stretch. not sure if this issue would require a head complete rebuild?
